Allstar Homecharge supports a wide range of charger makes and models. To ensure accurate and consistent charging data, we integrate directly with selected home charger apps. Using a compatible charger and app ensures reliable charge session data.

A home charger app is the smartphone application that connects your charger to your vehicle. If your charger’s app isn’t listed, please contact our support team for assistance.

Chargers with additional setup requirements

To ensure we can accurately capture your charging data, certain chargers may need extra configuration steps. Please contact our team before setup to confirm the process.

ChargePoint Inc.	To be confirmed by customer	Many chargers can connect to the ChargePoint Inc. app, please contact us to verify compatibility.

If your charger isn’t listed, you can still view your charging sessions by connecting your vehicle directly through ev.energy.
